Selangor, Kelantan to semi

SELANGOR, Perlis, Negri Sembilan and Kelantan completed the cast for the FA Cup semi-finals.
Selangor will meet Perlis while Negri take on Kelantan next month.

At the Shah Alam Stadium last night, Selangor defeated Perak 2-0 for a 4-1 aggregate win.

S. Premnath, a utility player in the Selangor team, scored the opening goal in the 78th minute. He headed home a cross from Amirul Hadi Zainal.

Rudie Ramli also scored through similar fashion in injury time.
Selangor dominated the match and it took them only 13 minutes to create their first opportunity.

In Kota Baru, Kelantan came back from a goal down to beat UPB-MyTeam 3-1 for a comfortable 4-2 victory to advance to the semis.

It was an eventful first half but it was MyTeam who turned on the heat when striker Noorshahrul Idlan Talaha headed home a cross in the 10th minute.

Kelantan, backed by their vocal fans at the Sultan Mohd IV Stadium, fought back and equalised through Mohd Zamri Ramli in the 26th minute.

Norfarhan Mohd and Badri Radzi added the second and third in the 55th and 57 minutes, respectively.
